Welcome to the personal home page for Kurt Mueller.  I am currently working as a patent examiner for the United States Patent and Trademark Office in technology group 2100, Art 707 (computer databases). I am a graduate of the University of Akron School of Law, located in Akron, OH. I am a licensed attorney in good standing in Virginia and am a registered USPTO Patent Attorney (inactive). In addition to my JD, I received certificates from the School of Law in both intellectual property and litigation, and was the founding Editor in Chief of the Akron Intellectual Property Journal.

While at Akron Law School, I focused on intellectually property. I wrote my GWR on the Patent Reform Act debated in congress during 2005. In addition to my extensive writing experience, I am an accomplished public speaker, and was a member of the law school’s Mock Trial Team and Moot Court Honors society during my enrollment in law school.

I graduated from Clemson University in May 2004 with a BS in Computer Science and in August 2004 with a BS in political science. At Clemson, I was a member of the John C. Calhoun Forensics Society. I was also Editor in Chief of The Tiger Town Observer.
